Scholarship Benefits
Scholarships offered by Montreal University
Graduate:
For college credits of 30 credits, this amount is applied to tuition of $23,662.
There are three levels of scholarship awarded based on an applicant’s academic record. Tuition fees for the year total $27,300 (45 credits).
- Level A: $11,998 per year (2 sessions, equivalent to 30 credits) or $5,999 per session (15 credits) or $399 per credit
- Level B: $5,718 per year (2 sessions, equivalent to 30 credits) or $2,859 per session (15 credits) or $190.60 per credit
- Level C: $2,000 per year (2 sessions, equivalent to 30 credits) or $1,000 per session (15 credits) or $66.67 per credit
Masters:
Tuition fees of $27,300 per year (45 credits) are included in this amount.
- $3,140 per session (equivalent to 15 credits) or $9,420 per year (3 sessions, 45 credits)
Ph.D.:
Tuition fees for the year are $24,300 (45 credits).
- For the entire duration of your studies, you will pay $19,339 per year (3 sessions, equivalent to 45 credits) or $6,546 per session (equivalent to 15 credits).

Scholarship Eligibility
Canadian University of Montreal Scholarships – Eligibility Criteria
You must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the University of Montreal Scholarships for International Students.
- A student from outside the U.S. must apply.
- It is required that you hold a study permit and that you are neither a permanent resident nor a citizen of Canada.
- Throughout their studies at the Université de Montréal, applicants must be enrolled full-time in a study program.
- Bachelor’s Degree program requires completion of secondary school.
- Master’s Degree program requires a Bachelor’s degree and a Doctorate program requires a master’s degree.
