Applications for the Mitacs Global Research Internship in Canada 2022 are now open. For international students, a fully funded summer internship in Canada at a Canadian university is available. This is a 12 Week of Paid For international students, this is a paid internship program in Canada for 12 Under this internship program, all expenses will be covered.Internships are available at more than 70 universities in Canada.

Internship funding for Mitacs Global Research
Those selected for the Mitacs Globalink Summer Research Internship will receive:
- Depending on the origin country, round-trip airfare to Canada may vary.
- Transportation from the airport to the accommodation in Canada
- The amount of the housing stipend depends on the country of origin
- Insurance for health
- Students will receive a $300 stipend toward enrollment fees
- (Amount varies depending on origin country) Stipend for food and incidentals
- Mentorship from Canadian students
- Taking part in courses and events related to the industry
- Certificate of completion for the Globalink Research Internship
Scholarship Eligibility
Internship in Mitacs Global Research: Criteria for Selection
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be a full-time undergraduate student or enrolled in a combined undergraduate and master’s program full time.
- The internship must be completed between May 1 and July 31, 2022.
- Be in possession of a valid passport valid through January 2023
- Official transcripts, in English or French, from the home university.
- A letter of recommendation from a professor or supervisor is required
- CV describing research experience
- Choose at least three projects from three different Canadian provinces, and apply to a maximum of seven.
